 2 cups canned or fresh cooked peas
 1/4 pound Cheez
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/3 cup safflower or corn oil mayonnaise
 Lettuce cups

Directions

Chill the peas thoroughly in their liquid, then drain off juice.
