Ingredients

 Buttermilk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Active dry yeast1
 1 to 1 1/4 cups Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Soda1/8 Teaspoon
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 10 1/2 -ounce can condensed bean with bacon soup
 Catsup1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping)
 Prepared mustard2 Tablespoon (Topping)
 Instant minced onion1 Tablespoon (Topping)
 1 pound frankfurters, cut in 1/2-inch slices

Directions

Combine buttermilk, sugar and butter in medium saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly, to lukewarm.
Remove from heat.
Add yeast; stir to dissolve.
Stir in flour, salt and soda until blended and forms a stiff dough.
Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 1 minute.
Place dough on greased 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Cover; let rest 10 minutes while combining ingredients for Topping.
Pat out dough to a 12-inch circle.
Spread Topping to edge of dough; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake on bottom rack in oven at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting in wedges and serving.
Topping: Combine all ingredients; mix well
