Pattypan Zucchini Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium pattypan squash, cubed
1 medium zucchini, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, quartered
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a large skillet until tender.
Stir in sugar, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add squash; cook over medium heat 4 minutes; add tomatoes, and cook until squash is crisp tender.
