Patio Catfish Recipe
Ingredients
| Catfish | 6 Pound | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fish package | 1 | |
| Shortening- for frying | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Cut fish into serving pieces.
MAKING
2)In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk.
3)Dip the fish into the mixture and then into frying mix.
4)In a pan, heat shortening and deep fry until golden brown from both sides.
SERVING
5)Serve the patio fish hot.
