Patio Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups Brand Rice | ||
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup maple syrup or brown sugar, firmly packed | ||
| Green grapes, blueberries or strawberries, for garnish | ||
Directions
Chill 6 dessert dishes.
Cook rice with water, salt and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Stir in vanilla.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, fold in sour cream and maple syrup or brown sugar.
Spoon into dessert dishes.
Garnish with grapes or berries.
