Patio Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. each: pepper, MSG, savory and curry
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Peel off skin from chicken.
Combine bread crumbs with seasonings.
Coat pieces of chicken with crumbs.
Place on baking sheet in 400° oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Coat with mayonnaise.
Reduce heat to 300° and cook 1 hour.
