Pate A Choux Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 c. instant chocolate drink mix
Directions
Mix flour and soda.
Combine salt, sugar, butter and 1 cup water in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; add flour mixture all at once.
Stir until dough forms a ball; beat in eggs, one at a time.
Drop dough from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet; shape into 2 x 1-inch oblong.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Prepare pudding mix ac- cording to package directions; chill until firm.
Split eclairs; fill with pudding.
Combine drink mix and 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water; spread over tops of eclairs.
