Place small patties in a cold skillet and brown lightly on both sides.
In a large saucepan, cook noodles in boiling unsalted water till tender; drain.
In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine the cooked noodles, chopped green pepper, pimiento, soup, and sausage patties.
Top casserole with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes.
