Paste Casserole With Mozzarella Recipe
Ingredients
| Rotini pasta | 2 Ounce | |
| Mostaccioli pasta -€“ 2 ounces | ||
| Small shells pasta -€“ 2 ounces | ||
| Sausage | 12 Ounce | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
| Chunky style spaghetti sauce -€“ 1 can | ||
| Mozzarella cheese | 4 Ounce, shredded | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Cook the rotini, mostaccioli and small shell pasta, drain rinse and set aside.
MAKING
2. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown sausages.
3. Add mushrooms and cook briefly.
4. Add chunky style spaghetti sauce, boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the drained pastas to the sauce.
FINALISING
6. Into a 1 1/2-quart deep casserole dish pour the pasta mix and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake the casserole at 200 degrees centigrade for about 20 minutes until golden.
SERVING
8. Serve hot.
