Ingredients

 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parmesan cheese3 Tablespoon, grated
 Dried oregano1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper Pinch of red pepper
 2 (6 1/2-ounce) cans chopped clams undrained
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Thin spaghetti package1 , cooked, drained

Directions

Saute garlic in butter and oil 1 minute.
Reduce heat to low; add next 5 ingredients, and heat until bubbly.
Stir in clams and tomato sauce.
Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Pour clam sauce over hot vermicelli; toss well.
