Ingredients

 1/2 broccoli, cooked or raw, in small bouquets
 250 mL 1 cup peas, frozen or canned
 Tomatoes3 , diced (Salad)
 1 green or red pepper, diced
 Green onions3 , chopped (Salad)
 10-12 black olives, coarsely chopped
 4 barbecue chicken sausages, cooked, cut into pieces
 400 g 14 oz pasta shells, cooked
 Hard-boiled eggs3 , hardboiled (Salad)
 25 mL 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, to taste
 Vinaigrette
 50 mL 1/4 cup honey
 50 mL 1/4 cup lemon juice
 10 mL 2 tsp fruit vinegar or other
 5 mL 1 tsp dried mustard
 50 mL 1/4 cup corn oil

Directions

Combine the vegetables, sausages and pasta in a bowl.
Set aside.
Combine the ingredients, toss the vinaigrette and mix well.
Pour the vinaigrette into the bowl, stirring delicately.
Arrange on cold plates.
Garnish with egg slices.
Sprinkle with parsley.
