Ingredients

 Vermicelli package1
 5 hard cooked eggs, chopped
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 1 cup finely chopped sweet pickle
 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lettuce leaves
 Crabmeat1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 Paprika

Directions

Break vermicelli into pieces and cook according to package directions.
Drain and rinse; let cool.
Add eggs, celery, pickle, onion salt, and mayonnaise to vermicelli.
Mix lightly and chill.
