| Olive oil | 2 Ounce | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Bacon slices | 4 , diced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Chili pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Tomato Paste | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Quart | |
| Romano beans, drained 19 oz. can | ||
| Ditali pasta 6 oz. | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Romano cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot and cook onion, garlic and bacon for 5 minutes.
Add seasonings and stir in tomato paste.
Add stock and beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook and drain pasta and add to soup.
Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve with parsley and cheese sprinkled on top.
