Ingredients
| 150 gms spaghetti 2 tsp oil | ||
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| 2 cup loves chopped garlic | ||
| 1 sliced red capsicum (pimento) | ||
| Mushrooms | 8 , sliced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, chopped | |
| Powdered nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tsp very finely chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Boil spaghetti in salted water until crisp but tender.
Drain, rinse and keep warm on a serving dish.
Heat oil, add onion, garlic, capsicum and mushrooms and fry, stirring for 2 minutes.
Mix in tomatoes, nutmeg, salt and pepper, and further cook until tomatoes are mushy.
Pour evenly over the spaghetti.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and garnish with parsley
