Ingredients

 150 gms spaghetti 2 tsp oil
 Onion1 , sliced
 2 cup loves chopped garlic
 1 sliced red capsicum (pimento)
 Mushrooms8 , sliced
 Tomatoes2 Large, chopped
 Powdered nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
 2 tsp very finely chopped parsley
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Boil spaghetti in salted water until crisp but tender.
Drain, rinse and keep warm on a serving dish.
Heat oil, add onion, garlic, capsicum and mushrooms and fry, stirring for 2 minutes.
Mix in tomatoes, nutmeg, salt and pepper, and further cook until tomatoes are mushy.
Pour evenly over the spaghetti.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and garnish with parsley
