Ingredients

 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , sliced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 fennel (sweet anise) bulb, sliced
 Green pepper1 , sliced
 Pepper red1 To taste, sliced
 Yellow pepper1 To taste, sliced
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Tomatoes2 , chopped
 Tomato juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Thyme leaf1/2 Teaspoon
 Basil leaf1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Cooked macaroni
 Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

MAKING
1.Take a Dutch oven or a large sized skillet; put oil in it and heat.
2.Add garlic and onion to it and stir well.
3.Put cloves, fennel bulb, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato juice, thyme, basil, parsley.
4.Mix well and cook on medium flame so that the vegetable sturn crisp and soft.

SERVING
5.Toss over cooked pasta and top with cheese.
