Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. thin pasta (fedilini, spaghetti„¢)
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. crushed garlic
3 cups chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes,thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped basil (1 tbsp. dry)
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in skillet.
Add and saute until light brown.
Add and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add to above and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
