Pasta With Spicy Sausage And Goat Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Red peppers | 2 To taste | |
| Red onion | 1 Small | |
| Minced garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| Mushrooms | 225 Gram | |
| Italian sausage 4 links | ||
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 400 Gram | |
| Basil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 10 Gram | |
| Goat cheese | 225 Gram | |
| Pasta | 500 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the sausages evenly.
Remove once done.
To the remaining oil, add the onion and mushrooms, and cook until soft.
Add the garlic, and cook an additional minute or two.
Add the white wine, and keep cooking until its quantity is reduced by half.
Now put in the tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and mix well.
Cut the sausage links into 1/2 inch rounds and add these to the sauce.
Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat, or until the sauce has thickened.
Add the red pepper to the sauce and keep it warm while you cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
