Pasta With Spicy Meat Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Chili paste | 2 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Egg noodles package | 1 (Sauce) | |
| Sesame oil | 2 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, minced (Sauce) | |
| Minced ginger | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| 3/4 pound lean ground pork or ground beef | ||
| 1/2 small onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 4 teaspoons water | ||
| 2 green onions (including tops), thinly sliced for garnish | ||
Directions
Preparation Combine sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
Cooking In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package directions until tender but firm to the bite.
Drain well.
Toss noodles with sesame oil.
Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat until hot.
Add vegetable oil, swirling to coat sides.
Add garlic, ginger, pork, and onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until meat is browned and crumbly.
Add sauce and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Pour sauce over noodles.
Garnish with green onions.
