 Curry powder2 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Chili paste2 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Egg noodles package1 (Sauce)
 Sesame oil2 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Garlic2 Teaspoon, minced (Sauce)
 Minced ginger1 Teaspoon (Sauce)
 3/4 pound lean ground pork or ground beef
 1/2 small onion, coarsely chopped
 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 4 teaspoons water
 2 green onions (including tops), thinly sliced for garnish

Directions

Preparation Combine sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
Cooking In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package directions until tender but firm to the bite.
Drain well.
Toss noodles with sesame oil.
Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat until hot.
Add vegetable oil, swirling to coat sides.
Add garlic, ginger, pork, and onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until meat is browned and crumbly.
Add sauce and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Pour sauce over noodles.
Garnish with green onions.
