Ingredients
1 pound pasta bow ties (farfalle)
2 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper, julienned
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound smoked salmon, cut in strips
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
Coarsely ground black pepper
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons sour cream or heavy cream
2-4 tablespoons capers
1 small red onion, chopped
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook until tender. Drain immediately. Transfer pasta to a large mixing bowl.
