PASTA WITH SMOKED SALMON Recipe Video

This is one of the typical ways of cooking pasta with smoked salmon.

Ingredients

 
* SMOKED SALMON €“ 500 gr. (put a bit lesser if you want)
 
* PASTA €“ 300 gr.
 
* ROUGHLY CHOPPED ONIONS €“ 100 gr.
 
* RED PEPPER €“ 1 tsp.
 
* PANNA €“ 150 gr. (BUTTERMILK CREAM)
 
* BUTTER €“ 1 tbsp.

Directions

Heat to boiling a large pot with at least 1 litre of water.

While the water is heating, melt the butter in a medium size pan, add the roughly chopped onions, smash the red pepper, add to the onions and cook for 1 minute. After that, add the sliced smoked salmon, cooked for a couple of minutes, once cooked add the panna and stir for at least 1 minute and set aside.

Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and boil for at least 12 minutes depending on what kind of pasta you are using. Tip: Check the pack of the pasta because it€™s indicated there how many minutes you have to boil the pasta.

Once the pasta is done, scoop out 1 cup of broth from the pasta before draining and reserve. Drain the pasta, add to the pan with the sauce, add the 1 cup of broth, mix for 1 minute and serve.
