Pasta with Sausage and Mixed Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg noodles | 1 | |
| Mushroom | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Broccoli florets | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Zucchini | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Smoked Sausage - 1 pound, cut into 1/2 inch sliced | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 6 | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Follow the instructions given on the packet and cook the noodles
2) Into a skillet, melt some butter and add the mushroom, zucchini, onion, green pepper, oregano, garlic powder and saute along with the cooked noodles
3) Add in the sausage and cook with a lid on
4) Over medium heat fry and then then add in the tomatoes
5) Add in the grated Parmesan Cheese
6) Spoon the sausages over the noodles
SERVING
7) Serve the noodles with some more grated parmesan cheese
