Pasta With Prosciutto Sauce Recipe

 Ground beef1 pound
 Onions2 Medium, sliced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Prosciutto1/4 pound, cut into thin strips
 Dry red wine3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Rosemary leaves1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Ground nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 pound uncooked mostaccioli or ziti
 Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook and stir beef, onions and garlic in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain.
Stir in tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese; break up tomatoes with fork.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour.
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
