Ingredients

 Italian parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 Pimiento1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pimiento-stuffed green olives - 10 small
 Parmesan cheese 3/4 Ounce, grated
 Pine nuts1/2 Ounce, toasted
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Balsamic or red wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
 Garlic - 1 small clove
 Macaroni3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, put together all ingredients except macaroni and puree it until smooth.

SERVING
2. In serving bowl, place macaroni.
3. Add pesto and toss.
4. Serve immediately.
