Pasta With Olive Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
| Italian parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Pimiento | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimiento-stuffed green olives - 10 small | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Ounce, grated | |
| Pine nuts | 1/2 Ounce, toasted | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Balsamic or red wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Garlic - 1 small clove | ||
| Macaroni | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a food processor, put together all ingredients except macaroni and puree it until smooth.
SERVING
2. In serving bowl, place macaroni.
3. Add pesto and toss.
4. Serve immediately.
