Ingredients

 1 pound fettuccelle or spaghetti
 Parsley leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Basil leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Garlic1/2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup ricotta cheese, or creamed cot-tage cheese
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash

Directions

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine the parsley, basil and garlic in a mortar. With a pestle pound them into a paste. Gradually work in the olive oil and cheese and season to taste with cayenne. Or blend ingredients in an electric blender.
3. Add the sauce to the cooked, drained pasta and gently mix in.
