Pasta with Ham and Black Eyed Peas Recipe

Directions
In a large saucepan, heat the oil with the garlic and onion over moderate heat.
When they sizzle, add the ham and saute just until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the broth and the black-eyed peas and simmer just until the peas are heated through, about 3 minutes more.
