Pasta With Cream Cheese And Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Pasta shells | 8 Ounce | |
| Water | 2 Pint, salted | |
| Unsalted butter | 1 Ounce | |
| Cottage cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Grated cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2-3 oz. walnuts, roughly chopped | ||
| Pinch curry powder | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, simmer the pasta shells in water until soft, drain well and keep warm.
2) In an ovenproof dish, melt the butter and cream cheese over a low heat.
3) Stir in the pasta, walnuts, curry powder and dry cheese.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately with a green salad.
