8 ounces Basic Whole Wheat Pasta (thin strips)
3/4 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 bunch broccoli, broken into florets
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 pound chevre, softened
Directions
Cook the pasta until al dente.
While noodles are cooking, put 1/4 cup of the stock in a medium-size skillet with the broccoli and saute for several minutes until crisp-tender.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Add remaining stock, thyme, and cheese to skillet.
Stir with a whisk until creamy.
Return broccoli to pan.
Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
