Pasta With Basil And Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Packed basil leaves | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil | ||
| 2 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 10 ounces uncooked spaghetti or noodles | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place all ingredients except spaghetti and margarine in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed until mixture is uniform consistency.
Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain.
Toss spaghetti with basil mixture and the margarine.
