|Smoked turkey/Chicken sausage||4 Ounce|
|Leek||1 Large, cut into 1/4 inch slices|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|

In a large skillet cook leek and garlic in hot oil until tender.
Stir in sausage, chicken broth, and roasted sweet peppers.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Add arugula and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until arugula is wilted, stirring frequendy.
Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Add cooked pasta, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper to sausage mixture; toss gently to combine.
