Pasta Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 ounces rigatoni or cavatelli | ||
| 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Feta cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| 1/3 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing | ||
| 1/4 cup sliced green onion | ||
| Ripe olives | 2 Tablespoon, pitted | |
| Spinach | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
In a bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, cheese, salad dressing, green onion, and olives.
Toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill.
Arrange spinach on a serving platter; spoon on pasta.
