Pasta Shells With Crab Meat Recipe

| 3 1/2 cups / 400 g / 14 oz pasta shells | ||

| 1 scant cup / 200 g / 7 oz canned or fresh crab meat, flaked | ||
| Single cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 15 ml / 1 tbsp marsala | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1 | |

Directions
Put the pasta shells in a deep pot, just cover with boiling water, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil, cover and cook for 9 minutes. Allow to stand, covered, while you make the sauce.
Stir the crab meat into the cream, add the marsala and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta, stir in the sauce, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and garnish with chopped parsley.
