Pasta Salad With Black Olives And Feta Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 lb. small shell pasta or tubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
3/4 cup black olives
2 medium diced tomatoes
1 large red onion, sliced
3 small cucumbers, peeled and diced (preferably pickling or kirbies)
1 small bunch chopped oregano (1 1/2 tbsp. dry)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco (optional)
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and rinse.
Add to pasta, toss, and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare dressing.
Combine in large bowl and add pasta.
Chill and serve.
