Pasta Salad Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup peanut oil
 
2 cup broccoli flowerets
 
1/4 cup sliced scallions
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1/2 lb. pasta, cooked and drained
 
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

In a large skillet heat peanut oil over medium high heat.
Add broccoli, seal-lions, garlic, basil, and salt.
Toss and stir until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Toss with pasta, Parmesan cheese and tomatoes.
Chill well before serving.
