| Plum tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Fresh basil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Fresh oregano | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic clove | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Olive oil | 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (use as per taste) | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (use as per taste) |

Directions
1. Cook store bought(if any) rice pasta as per instructions on the pack. Normally it takes about 2-5 minutes.
2. Toss tomatoes, herbs garlic, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add warmed cooked pasta to it and toss together.
SERVING
4. Serve with garnish of fresh basil leaves.
