 10 manicotti shells
 Cottage cheese ricotta1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spinach4 Ounce, cooked, drained
 Smoked salmon4 Ounce, chopped

 Tomato sauce2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Gruyere cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Cook in boiling water just until firm to the bite (al dente).
