Ingredients
Organic tomatoes
Sun dried tomatoes
Garlic
Herbs (basil, parsley)
Cardamom olives
Capris
Squash
Zucchini
Nut cheese
Directions
Take a blender and add the tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes. Start the blender.
While the tomatoes are getting blended, you can add the garlic.
Make a thick kind of tomato sauce. Now add basil, parsley and again blend for few minutes.
Add cardamom olives and few capris. Blend them well.
Take a squash and cut them into thin long strips.
Put the squash strips in a plate and put the prepared sauce over it.
Garnish it with nut cheese.
You can also eat the sauce with zucchini. For this, cut the zucchini into small round pieces. Arrange the pieces in a serving plate. Layer it with sauce and add nut cheese. Then put another layer of zucchini and then sauce again. Add the layer of cheese. Sprinkle dry cardamom. Put another layer of zucchini and sauce.
