Pasta Peas & Pesto Recipe
I love pasta and have always wanted to try this different Pasta Peas & Pesto recipe. This Pasta Peas & Pesto is absolutely delicious. Get some peas immediately and try your hands at this one!
Ingredients
1 pkg Parmesan & Cracked Black Peppercorn Tortelloni
1 pkg Sun Dried Tomato Basil & Mozzarella Tortelloni
1 pkg Passionate Pesto Sauce
1/2 cup (120 ml) baby frozen peas, defrosted
2 tbs (30 ml) pine nuts, toasted
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 tbs (15 ml) Romano cheese, grated
How to make Pasta Peas & Pesto
Cook tortelloni according to package directions, lightly oil and chill.Toss with pesto and sauce.
Mix in peas.
Garnish with nuts, red pepper and Romano cheese.
