1 pkg Sun Dried Tomato Basil & Mozzarella Tortelloni
1 pkg Passionate Pesto Sauce
1/2 cup (120 ml) baby frozen peas, defrosted
2 tbs (30 ml) pine nuts, toasted
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 tbs (15 ml) Romano cheese, grated
Directions
Cook tortelloni according to package directions, lightly oil and chill.
Toss with pesto and sauce.
Mix in peas.
Garnish with nuts, red pepper and Romano cheese.
