Pasta Nest Recipe

Ingredients
2 c. nonfat blueberry yogurt
1/2 c. toasted, chopped pecans
1/2 lb. angel hair spaghetti, linguine or other long pasta shapes
4 c. mixed fresh fruit such as grapes, apples, pineapple, bananas, peaches, melons and berries
Mint for garnish
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix yogurt with pecans.
Make a nest with pasta and fill each with 1/2 cup yogurt.
Top each with 1 cup fruit salad and garnish with mint.
