Ingredients

 2 cups of small elbow macaroni, cooked al dente, drained, and cooled
 Salmon1 Ounce, drained, flaked
 3 tender celery ribs, scraped, finely chopped
 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dijon Mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 6 large, crisp Boston lettuce leaves
 6 stuffed green olives, halved
 Pimento strip6

Directions

In a bowl, thoroughly blend the pasta, salmon, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Taste for seasoning.
Chill.
Place on lettuce leaves and top with the olives and pimento strips.
