Pasta Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 1/4 pound | |
| Butter stick | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pasta | 1 pound | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, Whipped | |
| Grated parmesan and romano cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cut the bacon into little pieces, and cook in the butter until clear.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan, and add the bacon and butter.
Add the vinegar; this will turn the milk to cheese.
Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce cooks smooth.
Boil your favorite pasta al dente.
Drain, and return to the pan.
Immediately throw in the eggs, the bacon sauce, and the Parmesan or Romano cheese.
Add salt and pepper, toss, and serve.
