Pasta And Walnut Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
8 ounces medium pasta shells, uncooked
 
1 container (8 ounces) nonfat plain yogurt
 
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
 
1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges in juice, drained
 
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
 
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
 
1 apple, cored and chopped
 
1/2 cup sliced celery
 
1/2 cup walnut halves

Directions

Prepare shells according to package directions; drain.
Blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate in small bowl.
Combine shells and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add yogurt mixture; toss gendy to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled thoroughly.
