Passionate Pink Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Rhubarb 8 cups diced | ||
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey or sugar about 2 cups | ||
| Frozen orange juice concentrate 1 12-ounce can | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Strong tea 2 cups, chilled | ||
| Ginger ale 1 quart bottle, chilled | ||
| Fresh mint garnish | ||
| Strawberries cut into slices | ||
Directions
Simmer rhubarb in water for about 10 minutes.
Press through sieve or jelly bag.
If you use sugar, heat juice to dissolve sugar well; chill.
Add other juices and tea; chill.
Add ginger ale just before serving.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and some strawberry slices.
Makes about 3 quarts.
