Ingredients

 Rhubarb 8 cups diced
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey or sugar about 2 cups
 Frozen orange juice concentrate 1 12-ounce can
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Strong tea 2 cups, chilled
 Ginger ale 1 quart bottle, chilled
 Fresh mint garnish
 Strawberries cut into slices

Directions

Simmer rhubarb in water for about 10 minutes.
Press through sieve or jelly bag.
If you use sugar, heat juice to dissolve sugar well; chill.
Add other juices and tea; chill.
Add ginger ale just before serving.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and some strawberry slices.
Makes about 3 quarts.
