Passion Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sugar
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 limes
Flesh of 2 ripe passion fruits
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan, bring to a boil sugar and fruit juices.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Let cool.
Puree passion fruits.
Fold into fruit syrup.
Pour into an airtight container.
Freeze 2 hours.
Remove from freezer.
Beat egg white and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fold into sherbet.
