Passion Fruit 7 Minute Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 tbs. frozen passion fruit juice, thawed (or frozen pineapple juice)
2 tsp. light corn syrup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Beat over low heat with a rotary beater until sugar is dissolved.
Cook for 7 minutes, beating constantly, or until frosting will stand in peaks.
Remove from the heat, beat until thick enough to spread.
