| Finely shredded lemon peel | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Finely shredded orange peel | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped candied cherries | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Red Colored) | |
| Golden raisins | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Diced candied pineapple | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped toasted almonds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Mix in remaining ingredients.
With a moistened piece of cheesecloth, line a thoroughly cleaned flowerpot (5 1/2 inches across top and 5 1/2 inches high) having a drainage hole.
Spoon cheese mixture into flowerpot.
Place pot on a rack in a shallow pan.
Cover and chill overnight or longer, to allow flavors to blend.
Unmold and garnish with whole candied cherries.
