Party Sweet Potatoes Recipe

The Party Sweet Potatoes dish is a delight to your taste buds. My husband loves this dish, especially, so I serve it during weekends when he is at home. Try the Party Sweet Potatoes!




 Sweet potatoes2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
 Melted butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Ginger1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Flour  (as required)
 Fat  (for deep frying)


Beat the sweet potatoes until they are light and fluffy.
Add the butter and seasonings; mix well.
Last, fold in the nuts.
Shape this mixture into round balls about 2 inches in diameter.
Roll each ball in flour.
Melt fat in a medium-size skillet.
Drop the floured balls into the fat; cook them until light brown.
Put the balls that are fin ished first on a warming platter until all are cooked and ready.
