Party Surprise Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Anchovies | 3 , chopped | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Pound, diced | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Sweet pickle relish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| French bread loaf | 1 | |
Directions
Cream butter; add cheese, anchovies, ham, eggs and relish.
Mix well.
Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread; hollow out loaf.
Fill with anchovy mixture; replace top slice.
Wrap in foil; chill.
Cut crosswise to serve.
