Party Sandwich Loaf Recipe
Party Sandwich Loaf is one of the recipes I am known for. I love preparing this just for the multitude of accolades that flow in. This Party Sandwich Loaf is pretty easy to prepare too, why don’t you give it a try!
Ingredients
FILLINGS:
2 c ham salad
2 c.cottage cheese mixed with pineapple
2 c.egg salad
2 c.chicken salad
1 unsliced loaf bread
1/2 lb. Butter
2 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cream
Pickle and olive slices
Directions
Prepare fillings.
Remove crusts from bread; cut lengthwise into five slices.
Spread each slice with softened butter.
Spread ham salad between first and second slices of bread; spread cottage cheese mixture between second and third slices of bread.
Spread egg salad between third and fourth slices.
Spread chicken salad between fourth and fifth slices.
Press loaf firmly together.
Wrap in waxed paper; chill for 1 hour.
Frost top and sides of loaf with cream cheese softened with cream.
Arrange pickle and olive slices on top.
