Party Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup canned pumpkin or squash | ||
| Light brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Pint | |
| 1 graham cracker pie shell | ||
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Mix first six ingredients together in a large bowl.
Soften vanilla ice cream and blend with the pumpkin mixture.
Pour into graham cracker pie shell.
Sprinkle with walnuts (or a crumb topping).
Freeze two to three hours.
