Party Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Party Pumpkin Pie has an Out of this world taste. The vanilla ice cream and
pumpkin gives the Party Pumpkin Pie Energizing taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
| 1 vegetable shortening pastry shell | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Pint, softened | |
| Chopped ginger | 1 Tablespoon, candied | |
| Canned pumpkin | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups tiny marshmallows | ||
Directions
Bake and cool pastry.
Combine ice cream and candied ginger.
Spread ice cream mixture in pastry shell.
Freeze.
In medium bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, ground ginger, and nutmeg.
Whip cream; fold into pumpkin mixture.
Add marsh mallows.
Spread pumpkin mixture over ice cream layer; freeze.
Garnish with additional whipped cream, if desired.
